All custom orders are baked fresh to order using a butter/vanilla sugar cookie recipe and vanilla royal icing. Each order is custom designed based on your ideas and my added flair.
Full sized cookies start at $65/dozen and mini cookies start at $32/dozen. Pricing increases based on the complexity of the design. Payment in full is due at the time of booking to ensure a spot on my calendar. If your order is canceled within 10 days of your scheduled pickup date, all funds will be forfeited to Kassy’s Cookies (under certain circ*mstances, funds can be used toward a future order).
When placing a custom order, please be sure to use the date you’d like to pick up the cookies and not the date of your event (unless they’re one in the same), this way I know exactly when to have your cookies ready, and it helps me to plan out my calendar. Please be sure to include as much information about your order so that I can quickly provide an accurate quote.

FAQ’s
1. What are your prices? – Full sized cookies start at $65/dozen and minis at $32/dozen, pricing will increase based on the complexity of the design.
2. Is there a minimum amount I need to order? – For regularsized cookies there is a 2 dozen minimum and for minis and 3 dozenminimum.
3. How far in advance do I need to order? – This all dependson my availability. Sometimes I can take an order a week in advance and othertimes I need several weeks of notice to get you on my calendar. The earlier youcan book, the better.
4. Can you make characters/copyrighted designs? – I do notdo copyrighted images, the risk isn’t worth it to me. I am always happy todiscuss other ideas that go along with the character theme.
5. How long are your cookies fresh for? – All of my cookies come individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness. Ideal freshness is two weeks but I have eaten a cookie that had been sealed for 6 weeks sitting on my counter and it was still fresh. Cookies can also be frozen, all custom orders come with a cookie care card that explains cookie freshness and also provides freezing instructions.
6. Can I freeze my cookies? – YES! Cookies can be frozen! I recommend putting them in an airtight container (still wrapped) and pull out 4 -6hrs prior to serving. Do not open the container until thawed, the condensation could ruin the icing.Every custom order comes with a cookie care card so you know exactly how to handle them for ultimate freshness.
7. Do you make gluten free or vegan cookies? – Yes and No – let me explain. My kitchen is not a certified gluten free kitchen therefore I do not claim anything to be truly gluten free. Flour particles can remain in the air up to 48 hours and as much as I clean and sanitize my equipment, I cannot ensure that cross-contamination did not occur. So while I can make cookies with gluten free flour, I recommend them for people who are gluten sensitive and not those gluten intolerant (such as those with celiac disease.) I do not make vegan cookies as of yet, all of my cookies contain butter but I can make them egg free as my littlest guy has a severe egg allergy so that is something I definitely know how to handle!
8. Where are you located? – I am located in Lodi, OH and all pickups are at my home.
9. Do you deliver? – I do not deliver. Occasionally if I already have a scheduled outing I am happy to meet up with you in a designated location.
10. How do I sample your cookies without ordering 2 dozen? – I have pop up shops occasionally where you can get individual cookies, I always sell individual cookies during my holiday presales as well.
11. Do you require a deposit? – All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. If your invoice is not paid within 3 business days it will be canceled and your spot will be forfeited to the next client waiting to book that date. Orders can be canceled 10 days prior to your scheduled pickup date for a 50% refund. If orders are canceled after that, all funds will be forfeited to Kassy’s Cookies. If I am able to fill your spot, I can offer a credit for a future order.
