- Page 3 The DS One is a handheld tester, providing a customizable solution to diagnose 12V Power Cable Connection and Power On lead batteries. The DS One is able to provide the State of charge (SOC) and State of Battery Cable Clamps Connection health (SOH) of a 12V lead battery whether on-board or outside the vehicle.

Do not use extension cords as there is a risk of fire and electrical shortage. If usage is Job Storage necessary, check that the extension cord has the following: 1.
