Grant Street Hotel is a new boutique hotel developed by GFI Development Company, converted from Denver’s Historic Cathedral High School building at 1840 Grant Street. The Seton House and the Historic School occupy the site, both once owned by the Archdiocese, and will be renovated and repurposed into a new hotel that celebrates the building’s heritage throughout the exterior and interior. The school’s former gymnasium located across the alley will also be preserved, transforming it into a unique amenity space open to the local community. A ground-up building is planned for what is currently the parking lot adjacent to north of the gym.
