What is Kohl's Rewards?

Kohl's Rewards is our loyalty program.

What are my Kohl's Rewards® benefits?

Kohl's Cash cannot be earned on Kohl's Gift Cards and cannot be redeemed on Kohl's Gift Cards or Kohl's Cares products. For full program details go to Kohls.com/KohlsRewards.

Do I need a Kohl's Card to be a Kohl's Rewards® Member?

No, you do not need a Kohl's Card to be a Kohl's Rewards® Member.

How do I earn Kohl's Cash®?

You earn 5% Kohl's Rewards on every purchase, every day (that's $5 for every $100 spent!)*.

Customers who use their Kohl’s Card along with Kohl’s Rewards earn 7.5% Kohl's Rewards on every purchase, every day (that's $7.50 for every $100 spent!)*.

Your earnings will be added to your Kohl's Rewards balance within 48 hours of your purchase, unless otherwise stated.

On the first of the following month, your Kohl's Rewards balance is converted and issued in $5 Kohl's Cash increments. Rewards balances that don't convert into Kohl's Cash expire after one year.

Plus, earn an additional $10 Kohl's Cash for every $50 you spend when you shop during a Kohl's Cash earn period (excludes Sephora purchases).

*Qualifying Purchase(s) are calculated after all coupons are applied, before shipping, fees or tax is imposed and do not include the purchase of gift cards, nor Kohl's Cares (charitable donations).

When and how will I receive my Kohl's Cash®?

Your Kohl's Rewards balance is converted and issued in $5 Kohl's Cash increments on the first of the following month from when it is earned and is valid for 30 days. You will receive your Kohl's Cash via email and if your Kohls.com account is linked to your Rewards account, your Kohl's Cash will also be automatically stored in your Kohl's Wallet. What if I don't receive myKohl's Cash®?

Online Purchases: Rewards are issued in $5 Kohl's Cash increments. Your Kohl's Cash will be emailed to you on the first of the following month. If your Kohl's Rewards and Kohls.com shopping accounts are linked, your Kohl's Cash will also be added to your Kohl's Wallet. If you didn't receive it, be sure to check your "Trash" and "Spam" folders first. Sometimes Kohl's emails get blocked by email filters so you may need to add the email address kohls@s.kohls.com to your approved senders/address book. If you still don't see your Kohl's Cash, double check your email address on your Kohls.com shopping account. If there is an error in your email address, update it by following these steps. Once updated, call Customer Service at 844-564-5704 and we'll resend the coupon.

In-store Purchases: Rewards are issued in $5 Kohl's Cash increments. Rewards issued Kohl's Cash is not physically awarded in-store. You will earn 5% Kohl's Rewards when making a qualifying purchase, but all Kohl's Cash earned through Kohl's Rewards will be emailed to you on the first day of the following month.

If for some reason your purchase doesn't result in your Kohl's Rewards balance being updated within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated), have your receipt ready and call Customer Service at 844-564-5704.

How do I redeem myKohl's Cash®?

Your Kohl's Rewards balance is converted and issued in $5 Kohl's Cash increments on the first of the following month. You'll have 30 days to spend your Rewards issued Kohl's Cash in the store, online or with the Kohl's App.And, you can use it with any savings coupons you have.*

*Kohl's Cash may not be redeemed on purchases of Sephora items at Kohl's,Kohl's Cares cause merchandise or other charitable items or to purchase Gift Cards. Kohl's Cash and other dollar-off coupons will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase coupon discounts.

How do I use my Kohl's Cash® online?

If your Kohls.com shopping account and Kohl's Rewards® account are linked, any Kohl's Cash® that has been added to your Wallet can be applied directly to your purchase during checkout. When in your shopping cart, under "Order Summary", choose "Apply" to add your available Kohl's Cash and other coupons to your order.

If your Kohls.com shopping account and Kohl's Rewards account are not linked, enter the 15-digit Kohl's Cash number and four-digit PIN at checkout, and the value of your Kohl's Cash will be deducted from your order total.

Promotion dates are based on central time and your Kohl's Cash is only valid during the redemption dates specified. Please note that Kohl's Cash will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase coupons.

How do I use my Kohl's Cash® in store?

When you shop in a store, upon request a Kohl's associate can look up and apply your available Kohl's Cash® for you.

You can also present your Kohl's Cash bar code from your Kohl's App Wallet oremail.

Can I use expired Kohl's Cash®?

Rewards issued Kohl's Cash® is valid for 30 days andcan only be used during the redemption dates specified on the coupon. It cannot be used before or after the redemption period.

Can I use my Kohl's Cash® at any Kohl's store?

Yes! You can use your Kohl's Cash® at any Kohl's store. To keep track of all of your Kohl's Cash, make sure that you are logged in to your Kohls.com shopping account.

Where can I find my Kohl's Cash®?

How do Iset upKohl's Cash® reminders?

If you are opted into Kohl's Rewards emails, we'll send you reminders when you have Kohl's Cash to spend. You are also able to set additional reminders if your Kohls.com shopping account and Kohl's Rewards account are linked.

To set a reminder -

Computer or tablet:

1. Sign in to your Kohls.com shopping account.
2. Under "ACCOUNT", select "Wallet".
3. Under "Wallet", select "Kohl's Cash".
4. Select arrow on bottom right corner of the Kohl's Cash card.
5. Select "SET REMINDER".

Kohl's App or mobile site:

1. Sign in to your Kohls.com shopping account.
2. Click the MENU button.
3. Under "Wallet", select "Kohl's Cash".
4. Select arrow on bottom right corner of the Kohl's Cash card.
5. Select "SET REMINDER".

How can I check my active Kohl's Cash® balance?

At the bottom of the Kohls.com homepage, you'll find a link to check your active Kohl's Cash® balance. You can also check the balance of any Kohl's Cash added to the Wallet in the Kohl's App or ask an associate in store.

How do I print my Kohl's Cash® coupon?

Print your coupon:

1. Sign in to your Kohls.com shopping account and select "Kohl's Cash".
2. Select the printer icon on the bottom left corner of your Kohl's Cash coupon to print.

Don't forget! You can always present your Kohl's Cash bar code from your Kohl's App Wallet oremail.

What if my Kohl's Cash® is lost or stolen?

If your Kohls.com shopping account and Kohl's Rewards® account are linked, the Kohl's Cash® you earn will automatically be added to your Kohl's Wallet, which is accessible online and through the Kohl's App. Kohl's associates can also look up your available Kohl's Cash for you.

If you still don't see your coupon, call Customer Service at 844-564-5704 for additional assistance. If you have the receipt or email from the purchase that earned the Kohl's Cash, we may be able to find the ID number for your Kohl's Cash and see if it's been used.

What happens to my Kohl's Cash® if I make a return?

Are you returning merchandise from a purchase that earned Kohl's Cash®?

When you return merchandise from apurchase that earned Kohl's Cash, you will get a refund in the form of your original payment, and it will decrease the value of your Kohl's Cash.

Did you already spend your Kohl's Cash?

If you've already used your Kohl's Cash, you'll get a refund in the form of your original payment, minus the amount of theKohl's Cash spent.

Are you returning merchandise that was purchased with Kohl's Cash?

We'll return the value of the Kohl's Cash Coupon to you as Return Kohl's Cash, valid for 30 days from the date of your return.

How do I join Kohl's Rewards®?

1. Sign in to your Kohls.com shopping account.
2. Under "ACCOUNT", select "Kohl's Rewards".
3. Enter your information and Kohl's Rewards ID in the "I already signed up" section and your Kohl's Rewards® and Kohls.com shopping accounts will be linked.

If you don't have a Kohls.com shopping account, you can create one HERE. Enter your Kohl's Rewards ID to link your Kohl's Rewards and Kohls.com shopping accounts.

1. Click the Menu button.
2. Sign in to your Kohls.com shopping account.

Where is my Kohl's Rewards® ID Number?

Your 11-digit Rewards ID will appear at the top of your Kohl's Rewards® emails, in the Kohl's App and in your shopping account.

Desktop/Tablet:

1. Sign in and click "Account" at the top of the page.
2. Your Rewards ID can be found on the left-hand side of the page.

Kohl's App/Mobile:

1. Click the button.
2. Click "Wallet".
3. Your Rewards ID can be found below your name.

I was a Yes2You Rewards® member. Am I now automatically enrolled in the new Kohl's Rewards® program?

If you were a member of Yes2You Rewards®, we have automatically enrolled you in the new Kohl's Rewards program. Please reference your email or sign in to your account on Kohls.com for more information.

What happened to my Kohl's Rewards® points?

If we automatically enrolled you in the Kohl's Rewards® program, we converted your points to Kohl's Rewards, which is reflected in your new Rewards balance. If you recently earned a Reward certificate, the certificate is still valid according to the dates printed on the coupon.
