I am very excited to be starting the new year having graduated from IBM Global Sales School, with personal distinction. The past six months have been challenging, yet fulfilling as I begin my career in a new city. This experience would not have been the same without the supportive and talented group of coworkers with whom I had the pleasure of sharing this opportunity. I would like to say a special thanks to Marshall Barnes, Bruce Hoelzen, and Michael Chesterman for their mentorship and guidance throughout this program and into the start my career. I look forward to joining the Watson Customer Engagement team and the journey ahead of me at IBM.

Taking a moment to share about my recent career transition and how excited I am to be starting at CBRE in retail advisory services. I’m joining an incredible team and fortunate for opportunity to work alongside and learn from Kristen Crossman and David LaPierre. Having spent this first part of my career working in retail technology and analytics, I’m excited to take what I’ve learned and join the world of retail real estate leasing in NYC. Combining my passion for working with retailers, experience in retail analytics, and love for my home here in NYC, I’m thrilled for this opportunity and what’s to come. I am incredibly grateful to all the individuals who took the time to share their experiences while I explored and pursued this career transition. Thank you for all the guidance and support, and I look forward to finding ways to give it back in whatever way I can!

Returns are costing retailers $33 per $50 worth of merchandise being returned...!! They're also costing brand loyalty. Talk to us at Newmine to learn how you can help your customers KEEP more of the merchandise they purchase.

Across the retail industry we've watched returns become an increasing challenge to navigate, and while many retailers have take steps to improve the process of returns, VISCATA, an innovative retailer ahead of the curve, is making leaps in reducing and preventing returns in the first place.#retail #retailtrends #returns #supplychain

I've been fortunate enough to have taken John Barrows sales training and it significantly impacted my selling process for the better. He's hosting a session this Wednesday on implementing a team selling strategy to increase win rates and get your deal size up. I'm sure it will be a session worth attending as John knows what he's talking about, and next, I urge you to think about how you plan to execute this team selling strategy using technology. Salesforce, Slack, MS Teams, only gets you so far.

Sound familiar? "Unfortunately for many companies, their POC process isn't data-driven since typically it’s completed in docs, sheets, or decks without the ability to learn from the execution across the team." As the world continues to be more and more data-driven, it makes me wonder why most revenue teams still are still managing deal processes like POCs in ad-hoc docs, spreadsheets, or even notes on their desktop. This makes it incredibly challenging to ensure repeatability and success across all teams and individuals running POCs. Here atPrelay, we work with companies to ensure they can scale successful POCs across their team, globally.Read on, and reach out to me to learn more!https://lnkd.in/e2aC7KC

Since joining Prelay, many of my friends, family, and previous coworkers have been asking me questions like, "What does Prelay do?" "How is Prelay different than the existing sales tech I'm using?" "Give me an example of who uses Prelay"This blog doesn't answer everything, but it does dive into the types of teams that should be talking to us, and why."Prelay leverages Plays for process management and Assists for resource and deliverable management, so you can strategically loop the right individuals or team into the deal at the right time. No more endless email threads or deal-specific Slack/Microsoft Teams channels with the full deal team." Read on to learn more or reach out to me!https://lnkd.in/eUDfSEF
